Shipping policy

We will endeavour to process and ship your order out to you within 3 business days. Usually, our processing times are quicker than this. Our usual despatch days are Monday and Thursday unless your order is significantly big, then we will ship it out within 2 business days. 

No guarantees are given in accordance with the shipping times. We use Australia Post as our shipping provider and their times will vary depending on their operations. We take no responsibility for their actions. If you do not receive your order after 5 business days of when it is anticipated to arrive, please send us an email at hello@fundamentalsskincare.com and let us know your situation.

0 - 1.3 kgs - $9.90 (approx - 1 up to 6 bottles depending on the product)

1.31 -3 kgs - $16.50 (approx - from 3 up to 8 bottles depending on the product)

3-5 kgs - $26.40 (approx - from 6 up to 15 bottles depending on the product)

To USA or Canada:

FEDEX International:

0-1.5 kgs - $80.00 (approx - 1 up to 5 bottles depending on the product)

1.6 - 2.5kgs - $110.00 (approx - 3 up to 7 bottles depending on the product)
